Work it baby
Yup, I'm gonna work at this. We are still together and may not be forever. So as long as it is good for me I will fight for this relationship. If it is beyond me one day, then I am emotionally prepared to be on my own. So whatever happened to "happily ever after"? Only if we are honest in our daily lives with ourselves and the others who surround us then we are truly alive.

That's great. I believe in second chances. But one false move on his part, then you need to stand up for yourself. Make him see that he has betrayed your trust and needs to seriously grovel to win it back again.
